Audio Swipe

Audio Swipe is an Android media player that I have been working on since 2016. At the time of writing Audio Swipe has 41,700 downloads with a 4.44 average rating.

The idea originally stemmed from needing a way to control my audio whilst driving my older car, which lacked audio controls. I didn’t want to take my attention from the road when driving so I needed a solution that was simple and usable when paying no attention to the mobile device.

Since the invention of Audio Swipe, I have gone on to find many other scenarios that the application has proved very useful - such as exercising, studying or just throughout my working day.

Because of my continued use of the application I am constantly looking for improvements to make the experience better. I have taken into account user suggestions from the Google Play store and currently I am working through a partial rewrite to support continued changes.
